F Visa - Bussines Visa 
1- Passport and copy of passport
2- Application form and 2 matt photos (48mmX33mm)
3- A letter on official company letterhead
4- Commercial activity certificate - Original
5- Most recent tax certificate - Copy
6- Invitation letter - Original
7- Residance permit (or Turkish ID card if has dual citizenship)

L Visa - Touristic / Familiy Visit
(1) Touristic Visa
1- Passport and copy of passport
2- Application form and 2 matt photos (48mmX33mm)
3- Personal bank statement (minimum 5.000 $ limit)
4- Hotel and return flight reservations (You may use www.bookinturkey.com ) and tour program.
5- Previous records of conviction from prosecution office (with resident permit)

(2) Family Visit
1- Passport and copy of passport
2- ID card - copy
3- Application form and 2 matt photos (48mmX33mm)
4- Notary approved papers showing the family ties from China
5- Return flight ticket
6- Passport copies of the person in China (Including work and residance permit pages) 
7- Home agreement of the person in China
8- Personal bank statement ( minimum 5.000 $ limit)
9- Previous records of conviction from prosecution office (with resident permit)

Z Visa - Work Visa 
1- Passport and copy of passport
2- Application form and 2 matt photos (48mmX33mm)
3- A letter on official company letterhead
4- Work permit from China - Original
5- Commitee health report from a state hospital ( Blood tests like: Anti - HIV, Anti - HCV, HbsAg, Syphilis Serology, ALT )
6- Commercial activity certificate - original
7- Tax cerificate
8- Citizenship paper from own consulate
* PS: If person not employed in Turkey, then agreement and commercial activity certiface from Chinease company is needed.

NOTE
* Visa application days are Monday-Wendsday-Friday. Applications should be submitted day before for the next application day, latest.

* China grants 1 or 2 entry visas for 3 months time with max. 30 days stay.
